![]() It's supposed to give you a sense of accomplishment. I asked a few of them why they bothered to do the rifts, and unanimously they said, "Oh, well, I'm just using this modded gear to make it easier to get the legit gear." The whole point of getting the legit gear is the fact that it's hard to get. All of this because 2-3 players would have a combined DPS of ~400kk. The Rift Guardian would spawn, and within 5 seconds was dead. A rift that would take my friends and I ~45 minutes to complete took them ~10 minutes. One such game I decided to stay in out of curiosity. Literally every match I've joined in the past 2 days has featured one or all of the following modded items: Black Prize, White Prize, Azurewrath (triple socketed with an extra 3-5k in cold damage), and Professional Russian's Fast Sword. When my friends aren't online I usually will just find a match and play with randoms. ![]() I can solo T4 comfortably, and I can play T6 with a group of friends. Since that point I've been working my way up to T6. I picked a crusader because it fit my playstyle, and I leveled up to 70 over the course of a few days. I picked up D3 as a way of killing time before Destiny comes out, and I must admit the game is much better than I anticipated.
